How much does a public adjuster charge?
For our Public Adjusting services, our standard rate is 10%-20% of the adjusted claim amount. This applies to the total claim amount in most circumstances. Fees may change depending on state (all services are billed hourly in Louisiana) and will be stated clearly on our contract for you to review, please contact us for additional information. If we do not recover additional insurance proceeds you pay us nothing. We get paid when you get paid.
What is the difference between a public adjuster and an independent adjuster?
- A public adjuster works exclusively for the policyholder. An independent adjuster works as a consultant on behalf of the insurance company.
